The Lívia Villa, a historic classicist-style building from 1845-46, is one of the oldest villas on Svábhegy and offers a charming, unique setting for the yoga workshop.

When?

Based on group preferences and room availability:

  • Wednesday: 09:00–10:00

  • Thursday: 08:00–09:00, 09:00–10:00, 11:00–12:00

  • Friday: 09:15–10:15, 10:30–11:30, 12:00–13:00

The Jókai Klub is a historic building atop Svábhegy, surrounded by a beautiful ancient park, built in 1883 as a family's summer residence and later transformed into a vibrant cultural center.

Hi, I’m Flora - a Budapest based Hatha Yoga Instructor with a Designer background. As a designer, I’ve found that yoga not only improves well-being but also enhances creativity. I’m passionate about helping others tap into these benefits and unlock their creative potential through yoga.

Hello Sun Yoga

The name "Hello Sun Yoga" is inspired by the practice of Sun Salutations. Renowned for their physical benefits, Sun Salutations also serve as a form of active meditation, promoting both strength and mindfulness. I often incorporate Sun Salutations or their variations into my yoga sessions, as they beautifully blend movement and focus. Personally, I love starting my mornings with this energizing sequence—it’s my favorite way to greet the day.
